Company reserves the right to cancel reservations due to inclement weather or any other cause, which includes, but is not limited to, strong winds, heavy rain and/or thunderstorms. In the event you cancel your reservation by 12:00pm Central Time two days prior to the reservation date, Suntex Marinas will honor a Future Credit equivalent to the original rental amount. Any cancellations after this time or if you “no-show”, you will not receive a credit and Suntex Marinas will retain 100% of the funds paid to date. Future Credits expire within the same calendar year of original reservation.
